Am I able to return/exchange my purchase?

We always want you to be satisfied with your order and we do our best to avoid any issues by providing you with the condition of items via written descriptions and photos on each item’s page on our website. Make sure you read and review the details before purchasing, we will not hide any known flaws. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at hello@ruckus-books.com within 5 days of receiving your order

do you sell new books?

At the moment we are a used bookstore only but never say never! If you want to buy a new book and still support us, you can do so at Bookshop.org. You can also support us through Libro.fm if you prefer to listen to your books!

what is your shipping process?

All books will be shipped via media mail via the USPS, which you can expect to be delivered 3-10 business days after your purchase

can you table at my event?

We currently have limited resources, but always feel free to contact us at hello@ruckus-books.com and we can see if we can make something work
